2.Flipped Classroom and Student Engagement
Dr. Jyoti Pandey
It is a set of pedagogical approaches that seek to reduce students’ cognitive load and increase motivation and engagement by moving teaching out the class which includes much more information which leads to transmission of teaching leaning in different ways. It also uses the classroom time schedules for learning related activities in which both teacher and student are found active and socially engaged. The fundamental approach towards using flipped leaning method is just to be more engaging and interactive, more focussed on the processes including attending the regular classes, participation in all activities, basic knowledge of content to be taught in the classroom so that they may get deeper understanding of the concept. Students can be engaged in different activities which can enable students to get mastery over the content as they may be able to detect mistakes done; rectify it, building thought processing capacities and clarify the concepts in deeper way (Houston et.al., 2012). Technology is an important tool for flipped classroom. Implementation of this system contains practical and logical challenges as flipping a classroom needs considerable timeframe along with commitment especially on teachers’ part. Planning, preparation of content, recording and editing the qualitative video presentation is a time-consuming task for teachers which needs expertise and proficiency but these can be manageable with little efforts.

4.Women Entrepreneurship : Empowering Change and Driving Progress
Dr. Avantika Mishra
Women have long committed themselves to caring for their families, forming the backbone of society and nation. However, fostering social and economic development among women is crucial for overall progress, as a developed female population drives development across all sectors. While entrepreneurship comes naturally to many women, their skills have not always been utilized to their fullest potential. This research aims to promote gender equality and development through an examination of women entrepreneurship. It explores how empowering women as business owners can simultaneously boost social welfare and stimulate economic growth. Researchers and policymakers must continue strategizing ways to cultivate women’s entrepreneurial spirit so their talents are leveraged to benefit all. Today researchers and policymakers have become increasingly focused on the crucial role of women entrepreneurs for economic growth. While female business owners are thought to confront the reality of gender disparity and face more challenges when launching and operating their enterprises than men, their drive and perseverance cannot be underestimated. This empirical analysis aims to uncover a variety of internal and external factors that can both encourage and discourage entrepreneurship among women. A diversity of obstacles continue to hamper female entrepreneurs, yet with support and opportunity, many hurdles may be overcome or their impact reduced. By empowering women’s participation in entrepreneurship, perhaps economies and societies as a whole can benefit.

8.Conceptual Background of Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education in light of NEP 2020
Priyanka Gupta
Abstract
Multidisciplinary Education inculcates different subjects to provide an extensive educational experience. It draws knowledge from various disciplines but remains within the boundaries of those fields. This educational approach is intended to understand various professions, their interconnectedness, and ways to tackle complicated problems. Students can deepen their understanding of the subject matter by utilizing multiple perspectives from other disciplines. The notion of Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education is not new in India. It was made available in the past by educational institutions such as Nalanda and Takshashila. NEP 2020 has pointed out the necessity of integrating Multidisciplinary Education into the curriculum from the very beginning. This might enable students to face the change and challenges of contemporary society. The objective is to describe the concept of Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education and further discuss the need and significance of Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education in light of NEP 2020.

9.The New Education Policy 2020: Inclusive and Equitable Education
Shalini Mishra
Children are the most valuable assets of any nation. It is our responsibility to ensure that every child is happy, educated, and capable of living their life independently. It is imperative to make a strong effort to develop their abilities to face life’s challenges and become self-reliant and responsible citizens. Education is extremely essential for not only ordinary children but also for children with special needs, so that they can lead their lives well. Overcoming biases related to disabilities and promoting inclusive education are necessary for individuals to live a life with dignity, opportunities, and abilities in society. Inclusion signifies the clear idea of equal access to education for all. It is a concept that provides equal opportunities for every individual in the construction and development of a global society. UNESCO discussed in its International Conference on Education and clarified that inclusive education is based on the fundamental right to quality education for students, which fulfills basic educational needs and enriches life. Inclusive education is for talented, weak, and average children of every class of society, including those with disabilities, so that they can be integrated into society. Its main objective is to make children self-reliant. Provisions related to this are included in the new education policy.

10. Critical Digital literacy : Teacher Preparation for Supporting Student Navigation of Misinformation
Aarti Kamari
Abstract
This paper examines the critical need for enhanced teacher preparation in digital literacy to address the growing challenge of student exposure to misinformation. As digital environments become increasingly complex and information sources diversify, educators require specialized training to guide students in evaluating, analyzing, and responsibly engaging with online content. Through analysis of current teacher education curricula, existing digital literacy frameworks, and emerging best practices, this research identifies significant gaps in how teachers are prepared to foster critical digital literacy skills in their classrooms. The paper proposes essential components for comprehensive teacher preparation programs, including core competencies, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies. Case studies of successful implementations demonstrate the potential impact of well-designed interventions. Findings suggest that effective teacher preparation in critical digital literacy requires institutional commitment, cross-curricular integration, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Recommendations include policy reforms for teacher education programs, collaborative approaches between education stakeholders, and practical frameworks for classroom implementation. This research contributes to the urgent conversation about preparing both teachers and students to navigate the complexities of our digital information landscape with critical awareness and agency.

11. Pre-service Teachers’ Perceptions of Digital Tools: A Study on Their Efficacy and Intentions to Use
Pankaj Verma
Abstract
This systematic review examines pre-service teachers’ perceptions of digital tools, focusing on their efficacy and intentions to integrate these tools into future teaching practices. Using a survey-based methodology, the study investigates key factors influencing perceptions, including perceived self-efficacy, attitudes, enjoyment, and usefulness. Findings indicate that self-efficacy and perceived usefulness strongly predict intentions to use digital tools, while enjoyment shapes positive attitudes. The study underscores the need for teacher education programs to foster confidence and positive perceptions to enhance technology integration. Recommendations include targeted professional development to build skills and further research into the impact of digital tools on student outcomes. This research contributes to understanding how pre-service teachers’ perceptions can shape effective technology use in education, offering insights for designing training programs that align with modern educational demands.

17.ICT Skills as a Bridge to Continuous Professional Development in the Digital Age
Sandeep Chandra
Prof. Payal Gupta
New technologies are emerging all the time in education. Some are adopted and used in the form in which they are offered. Using technologies in the design, planning, and management of educational systems can lead to transformative changes in society.
In today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape, bridging the skills gap is critical for ensuring workforce competitiveness. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing professional competencies, with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills serving as a cornerstone. ICT skills encompass digital literacy, data management, and the ability to leverage emerging tools, which are essential for effective lifelong learning. Emerging ICT tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Learning Management Systems (LMS), micro learning platforms, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), collaboration tools, and block chain are revolutionizing CPD by offering personalized, flexible, and scalable learning experiences.
The integration of these technologies into CPD enhances accessibility, engagement, and efficiency, empowering professionals to remain relevant in a fast-paced digital world. ICT-enabled CPD fosters innovation, promotes global learning opportunities, and supports data-driven decision-making. However, the development of ICT skills for CPD is not without challenges. Key obstacles include the understanding the importance of technology in teaching-learning process, insufficient financial resources, resistance to change, and the need for ongoing infrastructure investment. Addressing these challenges is crucial to ensuring equitable access to CPD opportunities. This paper explores the significance, benefits, and challenges associated with ICT in Continuous Professional Development, offering insights into its transformative potential.

18. NEP 2020 : Encouraging Problem Solving Ability and Critical Thinking Skills Among Students
Anjali Shuka, Prof. (Dr.) Nishi Gupta
Benjamin Franklin was a firm believer in education and self-improvement, famously stating, ‘An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.’ Education is a driving force behind human progress, broadening perspectives, enhancing knowledge, and shaping an individual’s vision for the future. Without it, one remains bound by ignorance. Education empowers individuals to reach their full potential, fosters a just and equitable society, and fuels national development. To sustain progress and secure a strong global position in economic growth, social justice, scientific advancements, national integration, and cultural preservation, India must ensure access to quality education for all. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a transformative initiative aimed at revolutionizing India’s education system. It promotes a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to learning, emphasizing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills while strengthening core subject knowledge. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is designed to empower students to think beyond conventional boundaries. It recognizes that education is not just about acquiring facts and figures but about fostering holistic development. NEP 2020 highlights the importance of critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. By nurturing these skills, the policy aims to boost confidence and equip students with the ability to innovate and succeed in an ever-evolving world. Beyond cognitive abilities, NEP 2020 also prioritizes emotional, social, and ethical development, shaping well-rounded individuals who can contribute meaningfully to society. A problem-solving ability is one of the most important aspects for students in handling the challenges they encounter. Meanwhile, critical thinking is also a crucial skill that helps students analyse problems and address them appropriately. Critical thinking encourages learners to engage deeply with the subject matter, rather than focusing on rote memorization. As per this policy, learners are encouraged to be involved in deep engagement, critical reflection, inquiry-based learning, and questioning, so that they can be nourished into independent, critical thinkers who are capable of making informed decisions in the evolving world .The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical skills. Recognizing the limitations of traditional learning methods, the policy advocates for a holistic, interdisciplinary education system that encourages learners to engage with real-world complexities. NEP 2020 promotes hands-on learning experiences, enabling students to apply their knowledge in practical contexts. It encourages educators to design learning experiences that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among learners.

25 . Coping with Stress: An Analysis of Strategies among Prospective Science-Teachers in Haryana, India
Dr. Pushpa Devi
Abstract
This study examined the coping strategies preferred by prospective science-teachers to tackle stress, focusing on the influence of gender, locality, and marital status. Stress is a ubiquitous aspect of life, impacting individuals across various demographics, including educators in training. Effective stress management is crucial for prospective teachers, who must navigate the demands of their training programs while preparing to fulfill the complex roles of professional educators. Using a quantitative descriptive survey method, data were collected from 300 prospective teachers in Haryana, utilizing a coping strategies scale developed and validated by the researcher. The study investigates two primary coping techniques: problem-focused strategies and emotion-focused strategies: first deals with the root cause of the problem and later deals with emotional management of situations. Results indicate significant differences in coping strategies based on gender, locality, and marital status. Male prospective teachers tend to use problem-focused strategies more frequently, while female prospective teachers often rely on emotion-focused techniques. Additionally, urban and rural teachers, as well as married and unmarried individuals, not displayed distinct preferences in their coping methods individually whereas on interactional effect of gender, locality, and marital status reported significant effect over coping methods. The study highlights the need to customize stress management strategies to the individual traits of aspiring educators, thereby improving their capacity to handle stress and cultivating a nurturing learning atmosphere.
Keywords: Prospective science-teachers, Stress, coping strategies, problem focused strategies, emotion focused strategies.
